San Diego Vacation

Matthew loved playing with his new toys in the sand, and throwing sand everywhere!

Everywhere we went Michael made new friends.  Here he is with a buddy trying to beat the waves before they got him.

We went to the Birch Aquarium in San Diego.  Michael just had to get a picture of him in the sharks mouth.

They had really beautiful fish that I had never seen before.  I was going to post more pictures of fish, but I thought that might get kind of boring.  We got to watch a scuba diving show, and see sharks.  I liked the sea horse exhibit the best, and to see the babies in the nursery.  They were hard to get a picture of, because they were so tiny.

Once again he found another friend to play with.  This time he's playing a board game, with a spinner.  Matthew was even getting into it, and spinning it for them.

The Sea Lions were fun to watch.  They were so close to people, and even swimming right up next to them out in the ocean.

We went to the Knott's Soak City Water Park lastly on our trip.  They had some awesome water slides that Shane and I took turns going on with Michael.  We hung out at the tykes trough and lazy river with Matthew.  Which were also so much fun.

A very fun and long vacation equals one very tired boy.  We drove the 7 hours to San Diego, and Shane did a mud run while we were there.  I wish I had some pictures of that, but me and the boys stayed at the hotel and played in the pool while he did the race with a friend.
